Founded by Thomas French, a qualified builder and licensed building practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, Pinnacle is built on a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and reliability. As a proud member of the Master Inspectors Association of New Zealand (MIANZ), we adhere to the highest industry standards, including NZS 4306:2005.
We specialise in pre-purchase inspections, new build handover inspections, safe & sanitary reports, code of acceptance (CoA) reports, moisture testing, Healthy Homes assessments, and commercial property inspections. Each inspection is carried out with care and attention to detail, using non-invasive moisture meters, photographic documentation, and clear, easy-to-understand reporting.
